You’re automatically enrolled into the loyalty program when you make a purchase with us. You’ll be notified via email regarding your membership and its benefits.

The tier advancement depends on the accumulated amount and frequency of your patronage with Catalina Rug. 

Your account will go inactive after 2 to 3 years of inactivity depending on tier.

 

Place a new order with us and your membership will be reactivated starting the day after of your latest purchase.

 

Yes. However, we don’t encourage that because you’ll lose all the special benefits for your next purchase.

 

Please use the same email every time you make a purchase. If you’re ordering manually by phone, please mention your membership or provide your email so we can look up your membership status.

 

Rewards and benefits earned through this Loyalty Program have no cash value, are non-transferable.

Every time you purchase from Catalina Rug, you’ll collect 1 knot per $1 purchase.
