Antique Bakhtiari Rugs

Antique Bakhtiari rugs are over a hundred years old and are generally small to medium in size, with dimensions such as 5 x 7 known as Ghalicheh.

There are also larger and more impressive pieces, like the 20ft x 30ft Antique Bakhtiari from Chal Shotor and Ghafe Rokh. Most of these unique antique Persian rugs were hand-crafted by tribal weavers who used traditional designs and motifs.
