Our Worry Free Return Policy

Our worry free return service includes pickup: we send FedEx to your door to pick up the rug and cover the purchase price and shipping insurance.  If we have made an error in shipping or selection, we’ll cover the return shipping costs as well.  Please e-mail us at rugfine@catalinarug.com or call us at 1-800-516-9373, and we will give you specific instructions about how to return your items. Please note that clients are responsible for return shipping.

Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and use tape to secure it. Please MAKE SURE to print the ID number of the rug and your name on the package!
