1) What are your free shipping options?
Catalina Rug prefers FedEx Basic Ground for security and consistency. All orders via Basic Ground shipping are 100% free, including full purchase price insurance, anywhere in the lower 48 states.
2) What if I want to get my rug faster?
We give our customers plenty of options, including access to all expedited FedEx options, including Express Ground, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air shipments. Please note that only Basic Ground is covered through our free shipping and insurance policy. All other options are priced according to weight.
3) Do you ship to APO/PO Boxes?
Because of their oversized nature, we cannot ship our products to APO or P.O. Box addresses.
4) How long does shipping take?
FedEx Basic Ground usually arrives within 5 business days of processing. Consignment orders held in overseas inventory may take longer to arrive.
5) Can I track my order while in shipment?
Of course! Once you have completed your purchase, you’ll get a confirmation email from CatalinaRug.com. When your order ships, we’ll send you all of the shipping/tracking information.
You can also log in to CatalinaRug.com to check the status of your order at any time. From the homepage of the site, select My Account at the top of any page and enter your email address and password. Check “ORDERS,” and then "ORDER STATUS" to track your purchase.
6) How is my rug packaged for safe shipment?
Your rug arrives tightly and carefully wrapped to preserve it during its journey from Catalina Rug to your door. We take every possible precaution to ensure the product you receive is in pristine condition.
7) What happens if my rug is damaged or lost while in transit to me?
Because of the way our rugs our packaged, and because of our longstanding relationship with FedEx, damage or loss during shipment is extremely rare. In the exceptional case where something occurs, we do everything in our power to minimize your inconvenience. Full insurance coverage is provided by Catalina Rug to cover the cost of any losses.]
8) I just unwrapped my rug, and I see slight folds and creases. How do I get rid of them?
Because your rug has been folded/rolled tightly for safe and efficient transport, in some cases the rug may curl along edges, or show creases along the folds. Never fear:
To eliminate curling, simply place something heavy (but safe!) along the curling edge, such as a stack of books. After a few days, the rug will lay flat, as it should. To rid your rug of creases, simply place the rug where you want it and allow regular foot traffic to flow over. All creases will vanish within a matter of weeks.
9) What if I don’t like the rug after I receive it?
We stand behind every single rug we sell. Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days of purchase and we’ll exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.
10) Can I get my shipping back cost refunded?
If there’s any error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for full amount of your order and two-way shipping costs. No Sales tax ( except for California )
