Over the last 4 years, I've bought 7 rugs from Catalina. Shopping on Catalina's website has always been an enjoyable, educational experience. The selection is consistently fantastic, and the prices very reasonable. The service is also incomparable. Several years ago, one of my favorite rugs sustained some water damage, which I feared was irreparatble. I contacted Rose, who had an expert fully restore the damage for a surprisingly reasonable fee. I would not buy a rug from anyone else.
